Pop Opera’s main room is a fully-realized club on its own: three VIP seating areas (one a sunken space with its own bar), nods to pop culture icons on display and a massive dance floor. Multi-coloured tile patterns cover the bars and pillars, asymmetric chandeliers light white leather couches and massive lighting installations compete for your attention. If Pop Opera’s main room is light, expansive and open, the smaller room is its opposite – all corners, pockets and dark hues finished with plush black seating. Backlit mirrors circle a compact dance floor with the DJ front and center – this is Vancouver’s most intimate party room, hands down. Pop Opera is open 10pm – 3am Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
