We recently did an article on the Most Expensive Halloween Costumes out there right now. But most of us don't have $800.00 to shell out on an 'authentic' Batman costume. So we have provided you with a few costume ideas that will turn heads without breaking the bank.

• Heavy eyeliner  
• A pair of short-shorts
• A white tank top
• Extremely back combed hair (or buy a cheap witches wig and create a beehive do)
• Temporary tattoos

You Need:

• A white sheet or white dress
• Plastic leaves
• Gold or brown rope

Barbie

• A pink dress
• A blonde wig (if needed)
• Pink makeup
• A Ken doll (optional)
• Square armed stance (optional)
   

• Skin colored underwear
• Rectangle cardboard cutouts to cover your lady parts
• Paint or markers to write 'CENSORED'
• Tape or rope to attach signs
