Terms Of Service / Privacy Policy

The following are the terms and conditions for use of the clubZone.com member services including membership account, instant messaging, SMS messaging, member private email service, venue posting, VIP passes, job postings, photo uploads, press releases, discussion board, event postings, referral emails and or any other future service offered from time to time on the clubZone.com website (each feature individually and collectively referred to as the "Service"). Please read them carefully. This Service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors who have parental permission to open and maintain a membership. BY CLICKING THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON AND COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN ACCOUNT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE ("TOS"). The Service is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

  1. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
    To open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the Registration Form. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and nickname. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify clubZone immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

  2. MEMBER PRIVACY AGREEMENT
    It is clubZone policy to respect the privacy of its members. clubZone will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your use of the Service, including its contents, without your prior permission unless clubZone has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

    • conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process;
    • protect and defend the rights or property of clubZone;
    • enforce the TOS; or
    • act to protect the interests of its members or others.

    You agree that clubZone may access your account, including its contents, as stated above or to respond to service or technical issues.

    2B)Referral Center Privacy Agreement
    The clubZone referral center is used for the sole purpose of introducing your friends to the clubZone.com website - ONE TIME ONLY.  clubZone Media Inc. agrees not to collect, store, sell, redistribute or re-contact those people referred via the referral center. 

  3. MEMBER CONDUCT
    As a condition of your use of the Service, you warrant to clubZone that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. The Service is provided to individuals only and for personal use only. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Service, or the resale of its services, is expressly prohibited. You agree to abide by all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to:
    • Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of other clubZone members.
    • Publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information.
    • Harvest or otherwise collect information about other members, including email addresses, without their consent.
    • Interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the Service or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, through password mining or any other means.
    • Interfere with another member's use and enjoyment of the Service or another individual's or entity's use and enjoyment of similar services.

    clubZone has no obligation to monitor the Service or any user's use thereof. However, clubZone reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

  4. Online Information

    • Event information is provided by the venue and / or Promoter. Therefore, clubZone.com does not guarantee the accuracy, of the information listed on this site. Should you have any questions, please contact the event Promoter at the number listed on the event page.
    • clubZone.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of the information contained here.

  5. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
    THE LINKS INCLUDED WITHIN THE SERVICE MAY LET YOU LEAVE THE SERVICE WEB SITES ("LINKED SITES"). THE LINKED SITES ARE NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF clubZone AND clubZone IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENTS OF ANY LINKED SITE OR ANY LINK CONTAINED IN A LINKED SITE, OR ANY CHANGES OR UPDATES TO SUCH SITES. clubZone IS PROVIDING THESE LINKS TO YOU ONLY AS A CONVENIENCE, AND THE INCLUSION OF ANY LINK DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT BY clubZone OF THE SITE OR ANY ASSOCIATION WITH THEIR OPERATORS.

  6. CONDUCT BY 3RD PARTY ADVERTISERS
    We only authorize our third-party ad servers to employ anonymous cookies for ad delivery and anonymous targeting. Our third-party ad servers do not collect, nor do we give them access, to any personally identifying information about you.

    We use Google Adsense and other third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements on this site and other sites about goods and services that may be of interest to you.

    In the course of serving advertisements to this site, our third-party advertiser may place or recognize a unique “cookie” on your browser. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet.   7. TERMINATION
    clubZone may terminate your access to any part or all of the Service and any related service(s) at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever. clubZone may also terminate or suspend your account for inactivity, which is defined as failing to sign-in to the Service for an extended period of time, as determined by clubZone. Upon termination of the Service, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. If you wish to terminate your account, your only recourse is to discontinue the use of the Service.

  8. HOTLINKING
    Hotlinked images, without the expressed permission of clubZone.com, will be considered Hosted Documents, and will thus assess charges of $5 per download.

  9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE, MEMBER POLICIES
    clubZone reserves the right to change the TOS or policies regarding the use of the Service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the TOS on this Web site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the TOS. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

  10. LANGUAGE
    It is the express will of the parties that this agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English. C'est la volonté expresse des parties que la présente convention ainsi que les documents qui s'y rattachent soient rédigés en Anglais.

 CLUBZONE TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
  • The occasion for which the tickets are purchased for is here after referred to as the Event.
  • The producer or promoters of the Event is hereafter referred to as the Promoter.
  • The premises of the Event is hereafter referred to as the Venue.
  • Who We Are
  • clubZone.com is an agent to the Promoter(s) and Venue(s); of Events for which you purchase tickets. clubZone.com will handle each transaction and collect payment for the Promoter.
  • clubZone.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, agencies, dj's, teams, bands and venues, which means clubZone.com does not set the ticket prices, entry policies, or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, phone call centers, ticket centers and box offices. All distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, clubZone.com does not control this inventory or its availability, and can make no guarantee as to ticket availability.
  • Online Information
  • Event information is provided by the Venue and / or the Promoter. Therefore, clubZone.com does not guarantee the accuracy of the information listed on this website. Should you have any questions, please contact the Promoter at the phone number listed on the event page.
  • clubZone.com will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of the information contained here.
  • Liability
  • The purchaser of the ticket(s) assumes any and all liabilities as to the risks and dangers that may result from the Event and waives any claim for loss or damage whatever the cause, incurred or suffered, whether occurring before, during or after the Event.
  • clubZone.com is not liable for any claims of the Event, left undelivered by the Promoter and / or Venue.
  • Ticket Pricing and Payment
  • The face value of the ticket is determined by the Promoter. clubZone.com does not determine the face value of the ticket.
  • Depending on the ticket handling procedure for the Event, a service charge may be applied to each ticket. This fee covers our operating expenses. You will be notified of this charge on the cost summary page before you complete your transaction. An additional service charge will be applied to tickets bought over the phone. Please note that service charge is non-refundable.
  • clubZone.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Charges will appear as "myZone Media Inc." or "clubZone.com Tickets" on your credit card statement. If you are buying tickets for an event in Vancouver BC and you wish to pay for your tickets with cash, please visit the clubZone office at 1040 Hamilton Street in Yaletown.
  • A transaction receipt will be emailed to the email address you provided. Please print and save a copy for your records.
  • Ticket Delivery / Pick-up Options
    Will-Call
  • If you choose to pick up your tickets at will-call, please bring photo ID & the matching credit card used to purchase the tickets. Your ticket(s) will be waiting for you at the entrance of the venue at the event start time.


  • Ticket Mail-Out
  • If you selected a mail-out option, arrival dates and shipping cut off dates are:
    • Arrive in 3-5 business days via express mail. Cut off is 5 business days.
    • Arrive in 5-7 days via regular mail. Cut off is 5 business days.
    • Arrive in 1-3 days via FedEx. Cut off is 3 business days. Please note that FedEx does NOT ship to PO boxes.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please ensure that you will be able to check your mail within 7 days of completing your order.
  • We currently do not ship outside Canada or the United States.
  • Note:
    • Not all tickets have mail-out options. Some tickets only have advance pick-up and/or will-call options.
    • For new years eve tickets that are purchased more than 3 weeks in advance, please allow for additional time for shipping as quite often physical ticket inventory is not always received from the Event Promoter until 3 weeks before the date of the event.
  • Advance Pick-up
  • You can optionally pick up your tickets from the clubZone head office in Vancouver BC.
  • If you do not pick up your tickets in advance, they will be automatically moved to the will-call window at the specified cut-off time.
  • You must provide photo ID and the credit card used to purchase your tickets in order to pick-up your tickets.
  • Only the credit card holder can pick up the tickets.
  • Occasionally, some tickets will be marked as "will-call only, no physical tickets available for pickup". If you see this option for your ticket, the advance pick up option is not available. Your only option is to pick up your tickets at the event (will-call).

  • Refunds / Exchanges
  • All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges, unless approved by the Promoter. In the event that an exchange is approved, the full purchase price of the ticket will be refunded less any service charges, transaction charges, and/or shipping and handling fees.
  • clubZone.com does not decide whether there will be a refund issued. As such, clubZone will have no responsibility to issue refunds. However, if the Promoter determines that a refund is to be issued, then clubZone.com will process refunds for tickets sold through our website, call center, and at our physical distribution points.
  • Should a refund be issued, it will be by the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used, the refund can only be issued to that particular card. Service charges and transaction fees are not refundable.
  • Before a refund or exchange is issued, any tickets picked up or shipped out must be shipped back to clubZone.
  • Tickets are void if declared stolen.
  • Event Entry
  • Entry into the Venue and Event is up to the discretion of the Venue and / or the Promoter with regard to ticket-holder's age, attire, or state of health.
  • It is the Venue and / or the Promoter's responsibility to check tickets and identification at the event.
  • The rules enforced or displayed on the premises of the Event apply to the use of the ticket(s) purchased.
  • The Venue or the Promoter reserves the right to refuse access to the Event or evict any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate with or without a refund.
  • Ticket holders may be searched at the entrance of certain events.
  • Ticket holders may be prohibited to enter with alcoholic beverages.
  • Cameras or any other type of recording devices may be prohibited.
  • Privacy Policy
  • clubZone does not store any of your credit card information in house; for security reasons, all data is stored with our transaction gateway provider www.e-xact.com. E-xact Transactions uses real-time IP-based transaction technology to provide secure, fast, reliable payment processing services.
  • USER PRIVACY AGREEMENT
    It is clubZone policy to respect the privacy of its users. clubZone will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your use of the Service, including its contents, without your prior permission unless clubZone has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
    • conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process;
    • protect and defend the rights or property of clubZone;
    • enforce the terms of service; or
    • act to protect the interests of its members or others
  • You agree that clubZone may access your account, including its contents, as stated above or to respond to service or technical issues.
  • Member Communications Policy
  • clubZone.com may from time to time send out communication pieces either by direct mail and or email to notify customers about upcoming specials (i.e.: early bird pricing on New Years Eve tickets). In the event that you wish to no longer receive emails from us, simply click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email and you will automatically be removed from our list.
  • Security of the Transaction Process
  • All pages where sensitive data is exposed are protected by 128 bit encryption SSL provided by GeoTrust.com.
  • What is SSL: Short for Secure Sockets Layer, a protocol developed by Netscape for transmitting private documents via the internet. SSL works by using a private key to encrypt data that's transferred over the SSL connection.
