One of Dance music’s most celebrated rising vocal performing artist, VANESSA CONDE is the lighted torch illuminating the future and securing the positions for a new generation of coming discothèque vocal divas. Groomed and trained in the Fine Arts starting at West Minster Choir College, she retains an educated background in Opera vocal performance. Growing up a Dominican American in NYC’s Washington Heights, she also grew up and was influenced by a musical diet of Latin Hip-Hop/Freestyle/Dance and underground House Music. Currently she is redefining the perception of “Freestyle” dance artist; as artist who can master more than one genre of musical styles. With a discography that spans back to her first self written radio hit “For You” , “Dance the Night Away” , “Let the Music Play” (with Nowak) and new release e on Destune Records “Falling Into Love”, she has graced the airwaves of Radio 1 London, XM, Sirius Satellite Radio and an armada of Internet radio stations. Wearing a belt that includes everything from Warner Brothers International distribution, appearances on Univision TV to sharing the stage with everyone from collogues such as George Lamond, Amber, Ray Guell, Jose el Rey, Chonga Girls, D’Luna/China Dolls, Pepper Mashay, Ru Paul,Martha Wash among other top 40 dance artist she plans to gig and tour with in the summer of 09; Vanessa keeps humble with a busy schedule.
Gearing into 2010, as she tours and continues to serve as a voice for the dance music scene as well as a advocate for global minorities, her label DESTUNE Records will release new production and re mixes of “Falling Into Love” “I Truly Love” “An Endless Night”; as well as other Dance and Ballad releases from the coming album. In addition to productions and re mixes by Jorge Ojeda, Giangi Capai/Alma Matris, Connie Casserole, DJ Pride, Amy Alderman vs. Bryan Reyes, Lewis Martinee (Expose) and other talents from the Neo Freestyle, Tribal/Circuit and Electro House scene. Praised by international DJ/Producer Johnny Vicious as “A GRAND VOICE”, Vanessa Conde is ready to raise and set new standards.
