BassTeasers & Champion Beats Storm Toronto Two of Southern Ontario's Biggest & Dirtiest Electro Labels join up for a night of DIRTY ELECTRO FILTH Two rooms Twice the BOOM! BassTeasers Crew Fresh Slice Michael Saunders & Andy Holtz bring fresh back into style. With roots deep into house, old skool breaks, and nu skool electro, this DJ duo will not disappoint. Michael Saunders Began his Dj career in the mid nineties like any other DJ. In a basement bangin’ out the tunes and mixing mixing mixing. After a short Hiatus and a move to Toronto, Michael Saunders has been promoting and throwing events for the BassTeasers for half a decade. Not satisfied with being “just another DJ” he decided to start his own side project, an independent music label called BassTeasers Digital. Along this long Journey Michael met Andy Holtz and the two have been best friends since. Andy bought his first pair of decks from Michael as he upgraded and the match has been together since. You can catch Michael and Andy’s antics on the Sunday afternoon hangover, every Sunday from 1-3pm EST ( www.bassteasersdigital.com/radio ) Mike Conradi Mike Conradi began DJing in 1999 and since then has played at countless clubs and events across Ontario Canada alongside some of the biggest names in electronic music. Mike has become well known for his technical mixing and energetic style behind the decks as well as his signature tech funk sound that incorporates elements of house, techno and electro. In addition to a DJ schedule that sees him play regularily in Toronto, London and Niagara, Mike plans to include more studio time and original production in 2009. Mike is also one half of the DJ duo known as REX MANNING with Toronto's DJ Unabomber. ( www.myspace.com/djmikeconradi ) Plus M PlusM:.P.B.D. Productions/Industry Nightclub(Windsor,Ont) Born and raised in Windsor, ON, living in a border city definitely had an influence on PlusM's taste in music. Music was a part of his life from a young age. Early influences ranged from Micheal Jackson to John Lennon. As his love for music was apparent, it's not surprising to see PlusM's enthusiasm for electronic styles starting in the Windsor scene. Getting involved in Windsor's underground opened PlusM's eyes to the world of electronic music - and his passion for it began. House music was his personal favourite - the funkier, the better. With DJ influences such as Terrance Parker, Josh the Funky 1, and Dj Dan, PlusM loved the house music style and was astounded at how these DJ's had the ability to control the crowd with their beats. Using this as an inspiration, PlusM began honing his skills at home in 2003, and in 2004 he finally got his big break opening for Josh The Funky 1 in his hometown of Windsor. After moving to Alberta for two years, PlusM made musical return in 2006 at Ottawa's Canada Day Fiesta. In 2008 he became a resident at one of Windsor's few electronic music venues - Industry Nightclub - and he's been rocking the scene ever since. Meet The Champion Beats Crew!
