Will you be sharing the recipe? I hope...

Turkey, Cranberry and Brie Panini
roasted turkey meat, pref. breast meat
cranberry sauce or jelly
brie
ciabatta or other bread

If bread is not already sliced, slice in half. Spread one side of the bread with brie cheese and one side with cranberry sauce. Be generous. Put a layer of turkey in between the two toppings and push the sandwich together. Toast in a panini maker (or working one side at a time in a hot frying pan, as though you’re making grilled cheese) until hot and melty.

Serve immediately.

Thanks! I literally skipped to the coffe pot after I saw this. Brie happens to be one cheese I can actually digest . Yay

Canadian Thanksgiving Day is Monday, the 13th.

We're having our dinner on Sunday though.

yes... the turkey in gravy on the bottom layer... then some roasted carrots, then the rustic mashed potatoes, then top it with a layer of stuffing....

Yummy!

I usually make a pot pie, but top it with biscuits instead of using pastry...

Turkey pot pies are the best. Sandwiches with the cranberries are something I could eat like all week.
I was thinking of making an ambrosia salad also this year.

love turkey sandwiches! I make something like an ambrosia too, the recipe is called fruit yummy which is retarded, it's so good though. lemon type custard with whipping cream, marshmallows, mandarins, fruit cocktail, pineapple, fresh bananas and marshmallows. It's lighter after a big meal, but i have to have pumpkin pie!!
