anika has only had 1 set of shots so far....and she was fine after...from what I remember hah...shes had so many colds..ear infections..hospital visits..I cant keep track of it all anymore hah

yes, i believe so. When i cocktail waitress (on the graveyard shift no less) on the west coast, i would drink those awful 'energy drinks' like Rockstar. Some of my co workers were concerned and told me that the chemicals and sustances use in the drink were not healthy for my heart. So i quit drinking them. But i still ove the taste of some delicious coffee,mmmmmmmmm

and I complain for sleeping only 6 hours every day ... it is so true: you never know what happens outside unless you leave your little box ;-)
well go go go for the coffee and if possible some little naps after lunch (I've heard that a 10-15 min naps would energize you as much as sleeping some hours) maybe that works for you too...

me too.... headache and neck pain from sitting wrong (although i am TRYING to sit correctly)... i don't think my tummy will take a second coffee today... (GAWD I hate being sick!!!!)
