Our's doesn't have one...but I guess the unwritten rule is no excessive shown cleavage and no real short skirts....although the ladies seem to make up for it with real tight clothing...
works for me...

We do have an attire policy. All dress is to be business-casual. No jeans except Friday, no sweatpants, no short skirts or short shorts, no spaghetti straps, no flip flop sandals, no hoodies, no hats.
