Mmmmm, i just made bacon yesterday...i have good thick alder (i think) smoked bacon from costco. Now i'm going to have to make perogies with the leftovers!
I rarely eat bacon though, so i enjoy it when i do.

great, now i want to make turkey... so i can eat a turkey dinner, then later have a homemade clubhouse sammich.
it is WAY too hot for cooking turkey...

I'm only allowed to eat pork once per month. Summers I am usually vegetarian. But dammit this weekend I was cravin that bacon. Then I had these appetizers with dates wrapped in bacon. It was orgasmic!
