it's a lease, and it was 100% the other drivers fault... so they're fixing EVERYTHING because it's going on her insurance.
the initial quote I got was $2000 damage but I KNOW the dealership will rape her for more.

did you know that you're entitled to a rental car through your insurance, and if you don't need one, you can take a cash option?
they will give you $50/day. they never tell anyone that.
