ya...the smog in T.O. sucks...but its the humidity that will kill you...I don't think I could stand a whole summer there...

A weekend outing to the aquarium turned messy for a one-year-old. In a move that's inevitable for most kids, the tot stepped in a pile of dog waste.
What happens next might also seem inevitable in an increasingly litigation happy country: mom Kelly DeBrocky sued the city.
DeBrocky took Norwalk, Connecticut to court to the tune of $100. She claimed the family outing and the shoes were ruined.
But city lawyer M. Jeffry Spahr denied her claim, saying, essentially: poop happens.
