VANESSA CONDE makes history on Saturday May 17 2008, as the FIRST NEO-FREESTYLE/ Vocal Electro BREAKS Dance Music Artist to to represent all Freestyle and House music VOCAL DANCE artist at the second annual New York Dance parade; aboard the SOUL HEAVEN Float with DJ SOUL HEAVEN, The Melting Pot and Friends.
PERFORMING her self written Warner Brothers International Hit "Let The Music Play", "Peace and LOVE" (Alma Matriz rmx, Soundgroove Records)) and the brand new DESTUNE Record's NEO Freestyle break beat scorcher "FALLING INTO LOVE" (Whose MIAMI STYLE BASS will BOOM DOWN BROADWAY!)
With the club community being attacked from NYC all the way to IBIZA with politics and shutting down of clubs ( in addition to a several factors) , the club scene and culture continue to EVOLVE and INFUSE itself with new life. These are the few Dance music personalities serving as a VOICE for our community, along side other floats like PACHA feat the Martinez Brothers,Gravity NYC, House of YES, The HOUSE Coalition, Triple Grooves, Urban Sanctuary among others.This is what in the future will turn into NEW YORK'S VERSION of a "Love Parade" type event.

Start off point between 27th and 28 (between Broadway and 6th Avenue)
Down Broadway, Pass Union Square and Into University Place.
At 8th street parade moves EAST into Saint Marks Street. Parade then moves through the HEART OF THE EAST VILLAGE all the way to the DANCE FEST in Tompkins; where there will be free shows,DJs, dancers and anything you can imagine up until 8 PM .
