i heard from a few people that apex is cancelled this year, along with summer break because the guy that rents out the land doesn't want it there anymore...has anyone heard this or know whats really going on?!

Apex is officially cancelled for this year, as well as Summer Break.
The Native American group that owns the property that both events are held on have experienced a death in the family, and out of respect to those who are now in mourning, the promoters for both events have respected those individuals and have opted not to hold their respective events this year at that location. If no other suitable location can be found, both events will be cancelled for this year and will be back next year.

if its cancelled to say the least.. why the hell is this post even up? if its up... at least put something on the description to say that its cancelled.. instead of hyping up this event which wont happen.

i went to summerbreak last year and it was awesome but im certainly glad that i never will have to wait in a 4 hour lineup EVER AGAIN

i know where shambhala is, i've gone for the past 4 years lol
so where is this "just a party" thing? I hope it's not a last minute location info type because those are a pain in the ass when you have to plan for travel time and truck loads of people haha

ok so now i've heard they're holding it in squamish at the same place they held "Contact" last year....has anyone else heard this?
Thats retarded if it's true! You can maybe fit 2 stages and 2000 people...not worth it.
