I need to complain about this because I think it will make me feel a little better. I am EXTREMELY dissapointed in my Criminal Law teacher. His lack of effort, knowledge and skill are embarrassing. And he should feel embarrassed every time he stands infront of the class to teach. Last night. He was 30 mins late. He took 10 mins. to get organized. Handed us out a "draft" of when the tests were and assignments were due. He cancelled a class already for "personal reasons", and then umm.. gave what I suppose you could call a Lecture for 1 hour after which he let us go home (1 1/2 early). His Lecture consisted of him going over chapter 2 in the Criminal Law text book and reading the sections in bold. He phrased questions to the class in a manor that indicated he didn't know what he was talking about, and an expression of relief came over his face when 2 other students in the class (one who is already doing his co-op for some sort of criminal justice program he's in and another girl who is a full time student in University for Criminal studies). These 2 people basically taught the class while he stood there looking dumb. The students seems to know more then he does. He then passed out our first assignment due next week. It's an essay/research assignment on the AMERICAN BILL OF RIGHTS. I'm confused...because I thought I was taking CANADIAN CRIMINAL LAW When I had asked about a note the teacher made on the course outline he gave us, which excluded the 22nd, after telling us that class on that day would be canceled, he went on to explain how in his last class he canceled class during reading week, but he didn't know reading week didn't apply to part time students, and how SOMEONE (yeh that was me) complained about it and how word gets around and it ended up getting back to him -- WTF? I'm sitting right there infront of you... if you know it was me.. why are you telling this story? And how does it even relate to anything? He didn't even have a point for telling this to the class. Any ways. I'm dissapointed. I was really looking forward to this class and I thought i'd give him another chance. I should have known better. I should have gotten out when I saw he was teaching it and changed to Estate Law. But I thought NOOOOOO maybe this time it will be different. And also I thought... well if the college in Calgary doesn't recognize certain credits of mine (because the law in Ontario differs too much from in Alberta).. i'll ahve to do them over... but I knew FOR SURE if I took Criminal Law now I wouldn't have a problem with those credits because Criminal Law is federal. *sigh* At least I know i'll get a good mark. Even still... that's not the point. -the end- k, I feel a bit better. ps) if you read all that.. you get a gold star.

I have severe issues with some trachers...especially ones like that. Your education is in thier damn hands! grrr Things that piss me off: - girls that think they own the street/ the world If you stop and they scream" get the **** out of my way" or glare at you - smelly people - men wearing tight pants - tailgaters -people who driver excessivley fast just becasue they have a sports car..is it worth dying or killing someone? - girls who do not eat just to maintain a model body..and girls who care only about appearance. - guys who do not brush thier hair -when i have to do all thr work at home and at work -when skinny girls stasnd in front of the mirror, tap thier lil belly and say they are fat

LOL Yeah the mountain of paper picture is too wide making it weird, lol. Hope your work isn't as crazy. Popping in here once in a while lightens up the day in a weird way, but perhaps I should do it less, given my current state, lol.

Everyone in the soccar club, I suspect, would be pretty happy right now, despite my limited understanding of soccar.
