BAND NOTES: FULLY LOADED
The members of Fully Loaded take pride in their dedication to the music, the fans and each other. Mike, the band..s charismatic frontman, is admittedly addicted to the spotlight, and will stop at nothing to bring his message to the world! Riff-machine Andrew shreds like a madman on guitar, and the boisterous rhythm section of bassist Chris Ball and drummer Jovan set the backdrop for a rock experience that is consistently making heads spin.
Fully Loaded has developed a live show that is unparalleled in their local scene. Stage presence, Energy and Confidence are the three cornerstones of the group..s live experience. Anyone who witnesses a live show will take away a feeling that their hard-earned dollars were well-spent. There are very few bands who boast a live show that truly captures their studio sound. Fully Loaded doesn..t disappoint.
Coming off a Top 5 Victory at Vancouver..s prestigious 99.3 The Fox Seeds competition, the group has established itself as a touring machine, conquering Western Canada and sharing the stage with the likes of Sum 41, Theory of a Deadman, The Tea Party and Billy Talent. This valuable exposure has resulted in a hungry, growing fan base that can..t get enough of these extremely hard-working performers.
With a self-titled EP already released and a full-length album on the way in 2007, Fully Loaded is planning a major takeover of Canadian Airwaves. They..ve captured the attention of the Vancouver scene, and are dedicated to achieving stardom!
BAND NOTES: BEYOND THE FALL
Formed in 2007, Beyond the Fall released their indie debut Bright Idea, following it up with a blitzkrieg of incendiary live shows that solidified their ever-growing fan base in North America. Plum spots at events such as VirginFest, Foxfest, New Music West, the Molson Canadian House Party, the Coors Lite Trauma Tour and Toronto’s North by Northeast proved key to exposing the band to potential fans, as well as media and industry reps. Meanwhile, opening slots for established acts including My Chemical Romance, the Killers, Sum 41, and Billy Talent likewise garnered Beyond the Fall much-deserved attention.
“I love touring,” says Wilkinson. “You can play all you want to your 30 friends in your hometown, but it’s touring that makes you better as a band — it gives you the attitude and the confidence.”
