PRICE: Our prices are 10% to 15% below similar houses and we include A LOT MORE food, supplies, snacks and alcohol than ANY other house!

SERVICE: We have a top-notch in-house chef to cook you up something delicious at breakfast and dinner. We have maid service working 8 hours a day throughout the weekend, ALWAYS keeping the house impeccably clean. We even include Linen Service for your convenience!

FLEXIBILITY: We know you’re busy, so we allow our friends to pick exactly HOW MANY and WHICH weekends they want to come to the house (with some guidelines, of course).

SOCIAL ATMOSPHERE: Every weekend is always a unique and fun experience! With each person picking their own custom schedules, no two weekends are ever the same. We bring together good people, plan a diverse social calendar, relax by day, and go out at night as a big group to the best parties, clubs, and lounges in the Hamptons!

WE TAKE CARE OF ALL THE DETAILS: We define a “detail” as something you only notice when it is not there. At our house, when you are making your coffee, you can reach into the cabinet and choose from sugar, Sweet’n Low, or Equal. Or if you just cooked up a tasty hamburger, don’t worry, ketchup, mustard and relish are all in the fridge!
