Since her professional opera debut in 1984, Miss Fris has had a luminous career, always captivating her audiences on the opera, concert and recital stage. She has appeared with the major opera companies in Canada, including the Canadian Opera Company, Calgary Opera, Edmonton Opera, Manitoba Opera, Opera Theatre of Alberta, as well as in recitals throughout the US (Philadelphia, New York City, Washington, DC), Canada (Roy Thomson Hall, Leah Posluns Theatre, Heliconian Hall) and Europe (Amsterdam, Munich, Bonn, Vienna, Siena, Luino Italy).
