We regret to inform you that on April 4th 2007, Mr. Ali Movasat (AKA DJ Aligator) was denied entry to Canada by the Canadian immigration officers at Vancouver International airport. At 2:20pm on April 04, Mr. Movasat arrived at Vancouver airport from Frankfurt on Lufthansa flight 492; however, due to the lack of sufficient travel documents on his part, he was denied entry to Canada. Our staff at Concerto Production exhausted every available option including the hiring of an experienced lawyer who specializes in immigration services in order to solve the occurred problems; however, due to insufficient travel documents on Mr. Movasat’s behalf, 9 hours of non-stop negotiations with the Immigration Canada were unsuccessful. On 11:15pm he was boarded to British Airways flight #84 to London. This incident caught us completely off-guard since every necessary arrangement our responsibility was made for his successful arrival and performance at Plush nightclub.

Considering the enormous amount of time and resources invested in organizing this event, we feel it is appropriate to continue to hold our event scheduled for April 5th 2007. DJ Soltan, renowned Persian DJ from Orlando/Florida, will be spinning a unique blend of tunes focusing on Persian Pop and Middle Eastern tunes. Our valued guests, who decide to attend this event and support us in this very difficult time, will get a $20 rebate on their tickets at the point of entry to reduce their admission price to $15. We are keeping all the audio, lighting, and visual equipment that were upgraded for the DJ Aligator show, and along with DJ Soltan’s music, we believe our guests will still have a great party experience.

We realize this unexpected last minute change will produce a considerable amount of inconveniency among our guests; therefore, a FULL REFUND is also available to our guests who wish to not attend our event and return their tickets. We have a 2 week full refund policy for our guests who purchased their tickets online at clubzone.com or at the designated stores. If you have bought your tickets at the stores, please return to the store where the purchase was made before April 19 to get a full refund for your ticket.
