The Buddha Lounge is a brand new club in the heart of Towson, one block from the movie theater.
The Lounge features a brand new thumpin’ sound system, DJ Booth and laser lights. Behind the bar four plasma TVs(in full view of the dance floor) play Sports/Live Music Mixed Via DVDs or whatever eye candy we can dig up. The Bar itself is a 35 foot long slab of granite with plenty of room to get your drinks.
Hardwood floors throughout make it easy to bust a groove wherever you are. If a crowded dance floor isn’t your thing, no worries. You can breakdance or grind your girl in a dark corner if you like. In keeping with the lounge atmosphere, Buddha Lounge is fitted with contemporary style leather couches, high back padded booths and tons of space to spread out and find your own chill spot. As you will see the owners of The Buddha Lounge have done everything right. For those not interested in breathing second hand smoke, high powered air purifiers have been installed above the bar and dance floor. They even have music pumping into the bathrooms so you never have to miss a beat. The Buddha Lounge has everything you would expect from an up-scale NYC lounge except the pretentious attitudes, strict door policies and high prices.
For those of you who are familiar with Towson you know this is the hottest part of town yet much safer than say Baltimore City. Parking is usually free and easy to find. Come early for dinner and stay late to party. The Buddha Lounge has a full Asian menu with great food and delicious sushi.
