PUKKA UP 2006 RESIDENCY AT FIREFLY
Following the success of their nights in 2005, Pukka Up will be continuing their Leeds weekly Friday night residency at Firefly throughout 2006.
Each showcase event will encapsulate the unique, glamorous qualities of Pukka Up, featuring the enchanting beautifully abstract entertainers, sumptuous décor, and amazing sensuous artwork as well as the funky, dirty, jackin house that has brought Pukka Up to the forefront of house music.
The success of Pukka Up club nights has escalated them in to becoming somewhat of an institution in clubland, providing some of the most talked about events in the clubbing calendar with features on Radio One’s ‘House Rules’, Vibe FM and regular appearances in influential music magazines such as Mixmag, DJ Magazine, International DJ, M8 and Notion. Pukka Up continue to expand their tour of the UK, which includes residencies in Bristol, Leeds, Brighton, Manchester, the Cross London and Pacha London.
Pukka Up and Firefly complement each other perfectly, with the stylish, ultra chic environment provided by Wish along with the glamorous theatrical showcase events hosted by Pukka Up, the combination will add a unique, unforgettable experience to your Friday night.
The first of these event on the 13th January promises to bring you a clubbing experience never before seen in Leeds and will present a selection of the finest production DJs from Pukka Up Recordings.
