The product of renowned fetish model Vena (CA) and circus hellion Chaos (MI), this fetish weekend has quickly become one of the top erotic weekends in the United States and compulsory for any avid follower of the international fetish party circuit.
November 7 - 9th, 2008 is EXOTICA DETROIT 4 FEATURING SKIN TWO hosted by Tim Woodward (UK), publisher of Skin Two Magazine. Former Exotica hostess Emily Marilyn (CA) returns to host the VIP Room, joined by Ruby Luster (FL). The featured guests confirmed so far reads like a "Who's Who" of prominent fetish personalities including Perry Gallagher (CA), Angela Ryan (TX), Mistress Persephone (MI), Noir Halo (CA), Larry Bradby (DC), Vivian Ireene Pierce (OH), Nicotine (DC), London Shadows (DC), Evelyn Rose (FL), We Are Latex (MI), and many more confirming each day.
Clutch Cargos' iLounge will host the 3 day expo featuring dozens of vendor booths displaying the best in fetish clothing, adult toys, erotica, art, jewelry, and even smoking accessories. Half a dozen afternoon workshops are presented each day by experts such as famed fetish photographer: Steve Diet Goedde (CA), founders of West Michigan Rope: Nawa G and Lil J (MI), renowned rope rigger: Charley B (CA), Mr Long Beach Leather: Don Sir (CA), BDSM Educator and fetish model: Aradia Ardor (AZ), and many more. A 1,000 square foot public dungeon play area will also be available to EXOTICA guests all day long.
EXOTICA 4 will also mark the official debut of latex couture designer Frenchy LaRue (CA) and fetishwear designer Hilary's Vanity (CA). Joining them in the fashion shows will be designers Ego Assassin (Canada), Ceres Moon (MA), House of Bias (IL), Leather Realm (OH), NooMoon (LA), Grey Gargoyle (VA) and Exquisite Restraint Corsets (CA & LA). Friday night's fashion shows and party SLICK! will be located inside Clutch Cargos' main hall.
EXOTICA has always been about excess and the previous one featured over 75 performers in 48 stage shows throughout the weekend. Saturday night's EXOTICA SKIN TWO BALL takes place at The Crofoot and promises to feature the best of the stage shows with top national acts such as Chaos Productions (MI), Pain Tribe (LA), Vena's Evil Dolls (CA), and Miss Pussy Kat (OH) from America's Got Talent. And to take advantage of The Crofoot's new half million dollar sound system, EXOTICA's already enormous lineup of dance DJ's will be joined by guest DJ's like Stitch (from the band Mushroomhead), Curse Mackey (My Life With The Thrill Kill Cult and Pigface), and Xris SMack (NY). Those who prefer a more intimate setting can enjoy the VIP Lounge upstairs with a seperate roster of national acts, as well as a play area.
Local media is expected to be hot on the heels of this crowd. Local newspapers will continue to cover the event before and after, as will most international fetish media such as Skin Two, Marquis, Adult Video News (AVN), XBiz Premiere, Morphine, and much more. The luxurious Auburn Hills Courtyard Marrriot will be the host hotel, offering all Exotica guests a huge discount off room rates, as well as a complimentary shuttle bus between all event venues throughout the day and night.
