Paramount Rocks Saturday

Featuring...

Camp Freddy & Special Guests

CAMP FREDDY, headed up by Billy Morrison (The Cult/Circus Diablo), Dave Navarro (Janes Addiction/The Panic Channel), Matt Sorum (Guns N Roses/Velvet Revolver), Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots/Velvet Revolver), Donovan Leitch (son of legendary folk singer Donovan), and Chris Chaney (Janes Addiction/Alanis Morrisette) was created for the sole purpose have having a good time. They have, in the four years they have been together, played an ever-growing list of shows, from the bizarre to the fabulous. Opening the worlds biggest strip club, through shows for Blender magazine, Sony Playstation, Vanity Fair, Grey Goose Vodka and many others, and on to charity shows to help Tsunami and Hurricane Victims, and low key, secret shows in their Los Angeles hometown for Indie 103.1FM, the band continue to play the greatest rock and roll songs in their own beautifully chaotic way.

Dave Navarro & DJ Skribble

With his six-string skills best described as a merger between heavy metal, psychedelia and modern rock, Dave Navarro became one of alternative's first true guitar heroes (with such notorious bands as Jane's Addiction and The Red Hot Chili Peppers). Born on June 7, 1967 in California, Navarro became mesmerized by the guitar as a teenager, due to his discovery of the incomparable Jimi Hendrix. This led to an appreciation of a wide variety of musical styles - in fact, when he met singer Perry Farrell initially, he was in a speed metal band (along with drummer Stephen Perkins). Navarro, Perkins, Farrell, and bassist Eric Avery formed Jane's Addiction in the mid-80's, and alt-rock has never been the same since.

Skribble is setting new standards on the dance floor, the recording studio, radio, television, and with the recent introductory of DJ Skribbles Spinheads and Skribbles Auto Spa, even in the toy and custom automobile industries! He is among dance-music's most respected and acclaimed DJs; a multi-media personality, visionary, actor, producer, and artist.

Dirt Nasty & Andre Legacy

Dirt Nasty started rappin' on karaoke machines at the age of 14. He grew up listening to Too Short, Geto Boys, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Terence Trent D'Arby, and Sade. Never having a father figure to look up to, he learned about the game, the streets, and the ladies from his record collection. Now Hollywood is his home, where he found and started his 3 man group "Dyslexic Speedreaders" (which also includes Mickey Avalon and Andre Legacy). Dirt Nasty produced their cult hit "My Dick" as well as tracks for Living Legends, Mickey Avalon and Andre Legacy (just to name a few). Yup...he's a producer too. Dirt Nasty recently released his self titled, debut album on the label he co-owns, Shoot To Kill Music. You can get it now on I-Tunes as well as his MySpace page (www.myspace.com/DirtNasty) where you can hear his raunchy reports from Hollywierd on songs like "Droppin Names" ,have sex at the zoo on "Animal Lover", or do drugs in the disco to "1980". If u like to piss your pants, you'll love some Dirt Nasty.

At 6'4 (6'6 with afro), the 1/2 Armenian 1/2 Russian ANDRE LEGACY is a Los Angeles native with roots in its ever evolving hip-hop culture. Once known to "underground" aficionados as METFLY, ANDRE LEGACY has re-invented himself today as a voice of the people...the people that like to have a good time. Aside from his solo work, ANDRE is also well known as 1/3 of the notorious DYSLEXIC SPEEDREADERS (also featuring Dirt Nasty & Mickey Avalon). Most people may be familiar with their anthem, "My Dick" of which ANDRE LEGACY is credited for conceptualizing in an Asian massage parlor off of La Brea. With tons of shows under his belt in and around the United States, a growing legion of fans and hundreds of songs in the can, ANDRE will be releasing his debut album (as ANDRE LEGACY) this year on Shoot To Kill Music. Is the world ready for ANDRE LEGACY? If his live shows, catalog of songs and harem of women are any indication, then yes...the world is ready!!! Brace yourselves!!!

LMFAO

What began as party music, hip-hop has evolved to encompass countless styles and trends. From party jams to socially conscious music and gangsta rap to retro, hip hop continues to evolve. At the forefront of the evolution is a surprising group affectionately referred to as LMFAO.

With a mountain of new music such as the inspirational “Everyday I See My Dream,” and the infectious “YES,” LMFAO is poised to not only find their own groove but create one for others to follow. But if you ask Red Foo or Sky Blu about their plans, the response is rather simple and humble. “Working hard feels good if it’s something you love doing. We can make it through this life without doing music. But why try?
