Outdoor amenities a include a Brand-new Gunite heated pool, Hot tub, BBQ, Tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, and weekend Pilates, yoga and fitness classes.
Indoor conveniences include: arcade, board games, and karaoke, Wi-Fi, house computer, and full office equipment.

Weekend continental hot and cold breakfast and luscious dinners are prepared by our talented chefs. House bar, includes complimentary mixers and a generous supply of alcohol.

Everyone is encouraged to join us for our weekends on the town. We arrange party shuttles so you don’t ever have to worry about transportation. By the way, all of our homes are close to the Hampton Jitney and the train.

Every night is a different venue: 11 PM To 4 AM Friday night at DUNE, Southampton

Dune's redesign for summer 2008 includes strategically placed white banquettes with dark tables throughout every room, making for a sensual, sophisticated feel à la Bardot. Black-and-white prints line the walls to further solidify the new look and feel of Dune, a departure from last summer's nautical theme. Dune also teamed up with Kiss n Fly's Randy Scott, Aymeric Clemente, Remi Laba and Dave Graziani for the weekly "Kiss n Fly Saturdays at Dune." DJs Berrie, Roctakon, Reach, Vice and Jus Ske will run the turntables to keep the crowd jumping all summer long. Once you make it past the people at the door -- sorry, but it's guest list only, unless you're hot and dressed accordingly (or just really affluent) -- you're thrown into one of the trendiest spots in the East End.

The atmosphere is relaxed, attracting a more sophisticated crowd than many of the area clubs, so don't expect teeny-boppers! There is no cover charge, so please feel free to stop in and join us. We'll be there at 11, but you should call to make reservations if you want to dine there ahead of time. After Madame Tong's we're going to keep it rolling this Saturday night at one of the area's premier nightlife destinations! Tall ceilings and an extensive interior breathe an airy atmosphere while infusing energy into this Delano-esque club. La Playa has been revamped with a state-of-the-art $100,000 lighting and sound system reconstruction, allowing renowned international DJs and A- list performers to hit the stage. . Private seating and bottle service are offered for those many VIPs, socialites, and celebrities who stop in for the evening
