11.25.2005 – Fluid Beats

WHEW, last week was CRAZY!  Thanks to Dee Jay Clutch, Jon Deke, and my man Picklejuice for holding it down proper last week behind the decks. 

So, moving on back with another installment of Fluid Beats @ Japone is your friends at U3P, bringing you the best house, breaks, and funk this week that DC has to offer.  So please join us as we welcome Dave Cortex, a DC staple dj known for the infectious sounds of funky house that never leaves you in your seat.  HOT off of tearing the Rubik room apart during Honeydew @ Cubik, we welcome Dj Octane and Dj Ciconte. These guys left a lasting impression on the club goers @ Cubik this past Friday and they are sure to do the same at Japone with their distinct style of music.

Fluid Beats is held every week at SangoSho café (Bottom level of Japone).  Having some of the best Japanese cuisine DC has to offer and putting off that distinct “under the water” feel with its awesome décor, Japone is one of the hottest spots in DC right now.  Located in the heart of Dupont Circle this place is accessible from everywhere and shouldn’t be missed, PERIOD J
