Hyperfunk has been holding down a club residency for the last five years, running a club night for the last four years, and playing raves and clubs all over the US and Canada. He was voted 2007's Number One Seattle Club DJ, on www.NWsource.com. Now teaming up with the legendary northwest production company USC, the sky is the limit for this DJ. Hyperfunk has rocked the stage alongside Tiesto, BT, Benny Benassi, as well as his heroes, Bad Boy Bill, DJ Dan, and Donald Glaude, just to name a few. His debut track, “We Like it Loud”, co-written with DJ Flave recently saw release on Beatport.com. Armed with an arsenal of funk, and seemingly unceasing energy, this artist's mission is simple; make your body move!
Electronic music has always been at the forefront of Donique’s life. At the age of 13 he began producing Trance and Progressive tracks eventually tuning his sound into the House and Electro you hear today. He released his first publications on the internet, resulting in hype from the music scene and some extra attention from renowned electro artist Miles Dyson. Signed to none other than Plasmapool records, Donique continues to impress with his fresh Electro sound. Testaments to his music are the countless hours he spends working in the studio working on new tracks and remixes. Donique prides himself on his continuously changing style. Mixing in elements from different genres he proves that he isn’t afraid of variety. Letting the music speak for itself is Donique’s claim to fame.
