THE VENUE
Party from 8pm until 2AM at the PNE Agrodome with 3 rooms and 3 sounds at Vancouver's largest licensed Halloween party with 3,300 people!
This amazing annual event will feature thousands of costume clad partiers enjoying the tunes being dropped by some of Vancouver's top local DJ's talent. But the real stars at this show is YOU and your friends. Be sure to swing by the clubZone.com photo booth to have the memory captured forever on the internet (costumes mandatory)!
COSTUMES AND CASH PRIZES!
Dress in costume for your chance at $3000 in cash prizes for outstanding, unique, and sexy costumes. The costume contest will culminate in an onstage battle decided by audience participation.
We will have 5 different prize categories:

VIP tickets include: VIP entry & access to the luxury partially elevated backstage VIP area complete with couches, tables, private sound, dance floor, catered food, free water, private bar, and a snazzy looking VIP wristband. This area is located directly behind the main stage. It also includes optional admission to Pop Opera after 2am (Open until 4am; Pop Opera after party admission is subject to venue capacity. Pop Opera management reserves all rights to refuse entry) .
BUS SHUTTLE!
Bus shuttle only available to Pop Opera starting location ticket holders
Start your night at Pop Opera nightclub, conveniently located 1 block from Waterfront station, accessable by Skytrain, Canada Line and Seabus! Get picked up by the clubZone Halloween Express Buses (with pick-ups at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, and 9:30) and dropped off at the PNE Agrodome!
Your Pop Opera starting location ticket includes:
- Entry to Pop Opera between 8 and 9:30pm *Last bus leaves Pop Opera at 9:30pm sharp*
- 1 complimentary beverage at Pop Opera
- Party bus transportation to the clubZone costume Ball
- Return transportation from the PNE Agrodome to Pop Opera nightclub at the end of the clubZone Costume Ball (between 2 and 3am) with admission to Pop Opera until 4am (Pop Opera after party admission is subject to venue capacity. Pop Opera management reserves all rights to refuse entry) .
PLANNING TO GO STRAIGHT TO THE PARTY? -- No worries – you can go straight to the Agrodome by purchasing a General Admission ticket.
Venue Enhancements
To ensure this event goes smoothly and that everyone gets into the party as quickly as possible, we are implementing the following venue improvements to ensure your party experience at clubZone Costume Ball is amazing:
CASH BARS aka no having to line-up for drink tickets!
FULLY LICENSED BAR SERVICE WITH HARD ALCOHOL - Vodka, Rye, Rum, Gin, Canadian Beer, Heineken Beer, Coors Light Beer, Smirnoff Ice, Vex Coolers, House Wine (Red & White) and several assorted mixes
BACKSTAGE VIP LOUNGE - located behind the main stage with separate bar and servers with premium branded beverages.
PARKING: We have arranged for FREE parking at the PNE– simply enter at Gate 7 and follow the signs.
EXPEDITED WILL-CALL / TICKET PICK-UP - We have arranged for a large ticket pick-up booth with multiple kiosks and an on-line system, so we will be able to process your ticket pickup in record speed. If you prefer, you can pick up your tickets in advance at the clubZone office #307 – 1040 Hamilton Street during regular office hours.
VIP TICKET PICK-UP – Avoid the lines... Your VIP ticket option ensures preferred access via a separate entry without line-ups.
EXPEDITED ENTRY – to ensure the part is safe for everyone, there will be a pat-down security check at the front doors... We will set up at least 8 chutes to make this go as quickly as possible.
FRONT DOOR ENTERTAINMENT – we are planning some special “front-door entertainment” to ensure that your arrival at the venue is spectacular
LINE ARRAY SOUND SYSTEM – we’re installing a state-of-the-art line array sound system to deliver the best party-rockin’ sounds ever heard in this venue
HALLOWEEN DECOR – We are bringing in over 1000 pieces of Halloween décor and props including a Giant DJ castle, ghouls, goblins, scarecrows and an amazing graveyard scene. Our set designer, Scenic Charms, is known for their work in many big budget films including the soon to be released Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus.
COAT CHECK SERVICES – There will be a coat check service available
