Halifax R&B sensation Lamar Ashe can be described as a major leaguer, a vital force and a prevailing talent highlighting that he has what it takes to share the stage nationwide with the likes of The Rascalz, Maestro Fresh Wes, Kardinal Offishall, Ludacris, K-OS, Snoop Dogg, Real To Real, Lupe Fiasco, Classified, DJ Baby Yu, Shawn Desman, Snow, Dutch Robinson, Ice Cube and K’naan.
His voice, talent and dedication were found by Canadian hip-hop legend Red1. Since then Lamar has been hard at work in the studio putting together his debut album entitled “Louder Than Words” with the help of Red1, DJ Kemo and the Van Guards Crew. Molding R&B, Soul and Hip-Hop, watch for this to be one of the hottest releases of ‘09 as Lamar continues to immeasurably grow as an artist.
