Matias Jofre's Bio: DJ PRODUCER, born and raised in Argentina, has developed a deep sense of sound with a mix of Tech.House.Electro.Techno music coming from South America and Europe. He started promoting electronic events in 1999 (Argentina), then when the beats stared to flow out of his mind, it was time to start experimenting with mixing, shaping, designing sound and songs. Every since then he's been inspired by DJs and cultures from around the world.
He continues to experiment with techniques and brings them to the dance floor of New York City’s hottest clubs. Constantly working on new music, projects and parties he is looking forward to new collaborations with other DJs.
Matias has produced successful weekly parties in NYC for Le Souk, The Plumm, Sullivan Room, Moomia, Layaly, Katra, Ate Ave, HighBar, SinSin, China 1, Kion Lounge, The Gansevoort Hotel, K (Kamasutra) Lounge, and Grotto... as well as g/r/a/n/d(Stamford CT), Twenty(Stamford CT) and Club Pearl(Rochester),
He even entertains fashions elite during New York City Fashion Week for designers such as Rag and Bone.
Collaborating with NINETEEN74.COM in May 2009, Matias created an inspiring set for the Designer Against AIDS Fashion Show.
