Electronic music's fastest rising star, prolific producer and electronic artist DEADMAU5 will return to New York City's famed Webster Hall for a double-headlining weekend Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16. At each of these shows, DEADMAU5 will deliver his signature live performance as one of the most hyped artists and producers in electronic music today. The Friday night will beckon to downtown’s hot electro/hipster throng while Saturday night’s set will tailor to NYC’s weekend club crowd.
DEADMAU5—whose last appearance at Webster Hall over last year’s Thanksgiving weekend sold out--was recently nominated in this year's Grammys for his remixed rendition of producer Morgan Page’s "The Longest Road" in the "Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical" category and took home the Canadian Juno Award for “Dance Recording Of The Year” for his 2008 debut album Random Album Title (Ultra Records). The Toronto artist was also crowned the "Best Break-Through DJ" at the 24th annual International Dance Music Awards (IDMA) held in Miami during the Winter Music Conference. He kicked off his highly anticipated North American spring tour in March where he made several high-profile appearances at SXSW and performed on each day of the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) in Miami, where twice he took audiences by storm with his unique and exhilarating live show.
