Circus Afterhours The biggest after-hour club in downtown Montreal. A 14 hour event from 10pm till 12pm Erotic Circus Cyber edition will be the only after hour event this new years eve in downtown Montreal! For this NYE Circus afterhours has 12 DJs, 3 VJs in 4 different rooms with 150 000 watts of sound! In the Trance room we have GARETH EMERY, WIPPENBERG AND MORE. In The House room they have STEFANE LIPPE, KING LOUIS, ETIENNE OZBORNE AND MORE. They also have an R&B and a Chill room where the DJs will be announced soon! Doors open at 10pm and tickets starts at $55!
GARETH EMERY
Only a select few dance music artists rise from obscurity to international recognition in under a year, but that's exactly what 23 year old Southampton based DJ / producer Gareth Emery did in the last twelve months. Coming from a diverse musical background which encompassed classical piano training, jazz, and punk-rock along the way, Gareth initially caught the attention of the dance music scene in early 2002 with his first release. The track, titled ‘Nervous Breakdown 2002’, was a white label bootleg of The Shrink's infamous classic which found its way onto BBC Radio 1 after being supported by a host of DJs including Eddie Halliwell, Guy Ornadel and Dave Pearce. It was immediately picked up by Nutrition for an official release and later featured on a number of compilations including the Godskitchen Direct mix album.The track that truly put Gareth on the production map was GTR – ‘Mistral'. Never destined to become an anthem, it was produced entirely on a laptop computer over the course of a two week holiday in Provence. Nevertheless, the sole CDR that Gareth sent to Paul van Dyk caused such a storm when van Dyk debuted it live on radio from the Nature One Festival, that Five AM records wasted no time in signing it, helping it to become a truly global trance anthem.
Emery first came to the attention of the electronic music community early in 2002 when his debut vinyl release, a white label remix of The Shrink's classic 'Nervous Breakdown', was broadcast live on BBC Radio 1 from the Mardi Gras festival on Judge Jules' show. After being championed by a host of DJs, including Eddie Halliwell, Pete Tong, Guy Ornadel, Scot Project and Dave Pearce, 'Nervous Breakdown' was picked up by Nutrition for an official release and later featured on a number of compilations including the Godskitchen Direct mix album.

How do you pick up tickets and who?
We STRONGLY recommend that you pick up the tickets as soon as you get in Montreal.

The buyer can pick up the tickets and to pick up your tickets you need:
- You’re emailed Receipt
- A picture ID (driving license, etc.)
- Your credit card used for the purchase.

The office will be open on the following dates and times:
From December 28th till December 30th from 12pm-10pm.
From December 31st from 10pm-6pm.
Any tickets which are not picked up in advance will automatically be forwarded to the will call list on the night of the event. You must bring your photo ID, purchase receipt, and credit card used to make the purchase.
