Avalon Hollywood, One Promotions LA and Mixology Set To Open And Close Biggest Winter Music Conference To Date

Avalon Hollywood, the West Coast’s premier electronica venue, today announced that it will be descending upon Miami and celebrating its fourth year by partnering with One Promotions LA and Mixology to produce the now legendary official opening and closing parties at Miami’s Winter Music Conference. Mixology and Mark Lewis started throwing events at WMC seven years ago, and have behind WMC’s official closing party at Nikki Beach for the last two years. Last year in recognition of all their achievements Mixology was given the honor of hosting 2007’s official opening party.





Avalon Hollywood’s debut at WMC will showcase the qualities that have seen the club rise to the top of the West Coast scene – namely great sound, innovative production and world class DJs. In addition to hosting the opening and closing parties Avalon Hollywood will also be in town to attend the Club World Awards as the only West Coast club nominated in the Super Club category for the third consecutive year.





The opening and closing parties of Miami’s Winter Music Conference have become renowned for the tone they set for both the conference and the year ahead. The 13 hour opening party at Twilo Miami will showcase some of dance music’s biggest names and is the perfect way to kick start the conference. Just as important is the closing party at Nikki Beach and with such a strong line-up it is sure to provide the perfect end to the conference and give a lasting impression of the year to come. Both parties will be presented by Avalon Hollywood, One Promotions LA and Mixology.
