We know we're just asking for it ... but this Saturday, we're doing our first Bootie LA REQUEST NIGHT! And why not? Resident DJs ADRIAN & the MYSTERIOUS D – owners of perhaps the largest collection of mashups in the world – have got a fancy-schmancy iDJ2 mixing controller, which now allows them to easily search their database of over 5000 mashups. And DJ PAUL V. has a formidable collection as well! So together, we've probably got the mashup spectrum covered!
We'll have a request sheet on a clipboard on the stage next to the DJ booth. Come on up and request your favorite mashup OR song or artist – if we've got it mashed-up, we'll play it!
Or if you don't feel like leaving the dance floor, just TWITTER your requests by mentioning @clubbootie in your tweets! Plus, by searching for @clubbootie, you'll be able to see what other people are requesting too!
Midnight Mashup Show: ZOMBIES WITHOUT BORDERS
For this month's Midnight Mashup Show, we are happy to present ZOMBIES WITHOUT BORDERS! You might remember them as the "Hollaback Zombies," infamous for their annual Halloween show at Bootie LA. Expect some post-Halloween ghoulie goodness on the Echoplex stage, as they give our resident dance crew R.A.I.D. the night off this Saturday.
Remember, as always, it's half-price admission – only $5 – before 10 pm, SO GET THERE EARLY!
And we've got this month's Bootie CD, the November edition, FREE for the first 75 people through the door!
