Events for the evening include:

• Red Loquita - Led by popular Latin singer and radio personality, Tera Bonilla, this group does it all, from Latin grooves to top 40 hits, join Red Loquita in the Queen's Salon from 8:15 p.m. to 12:15 a.m.
 
• The Wiseguys - From Swing to Swank, The Wiseguys Big Band Machine is an eighteen-piece ensemble dedicated to keeping great music alive. Grand Salon from 9:00 p.m. to 12:15 a.m.
 
• Eddie Wakes - He's been described, "a new evocative voice," by Academy Award winner Morgan Freeman and has performed On stage with several legends of Blues, Jazz and Pop. Observation Bar from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
 
• Jazz Trio - Dance to traditional ragtime, New Orleans jazz, blues, swing and more. Observation Bar from 10:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
 
• Dueling Pianos - High energy, all request Dueling Pianos show is a combination of sing a-long, comedy bits, dedications, dancing and most important; audience participation. Request your favorite songs from the 50's to the present. Royal Salon from 10:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
 
• Live DJ - Acclaimed DJ playing today's hottest songs with a few classics thrown into the mix!, Verandah Room and dancing under the stars on the Sun Deck from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Executive Chef Banares has prepared unforgettable menus at each restaurant:

• Sir Winston's - 5-course or 7-course dining, ring in the new year with a memorable culinary experience. Early dinner at 5:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. and Late dinner at 8:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
 
• Chelsea - A four course delight, 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
 
• Promenade Café - Buffet featuring the classics, 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
 
• The Grand Buffet - A spectacular assortment of hand-carved meat, premium entrees, homestyle sides and decadent desserts 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
 
• Late Night to Early Morning Buffet - End the night and start the new year with breakfast favorites. Promenade Cafe 12:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.
