This year will be the 14th annual Fetish & Fantasy Halloween Ball and it has a bigger and better venue. Taking place inside the newly remodeled Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, partygoers are being promised "the largest and most exciting adult Halloween event in Vegas history."
