Along with Juan Atkins and Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May makes up one third of  the Belleville Three. The illustrious trio that not only formed Detroit Techno, but brought the sound around the world and back! Over the years,  May has recorded techno tracks which top dance producers point to as the most original and influential. Under the handle “Rhythim Is Rhythim”, Derrick released classics like "Nude Photo," "Strings of Life," "Kaos" and "It Is What It Is”.  Today, Derrick May remains one of the  most celebrated names in Dance and continues to travel the world as a statesman of US-born electronic music.
