GutterSlut - 5th Birthday
What started out as a trashy after party in some seedy Dalston crack alley has become one of London's most iconic club nights.
Since then the Gutter crew have been putting on regular parties in London, Berlin and Stockholm and at festivals Lovebox, Bestival, Glastonbury and Club Transmediale. Now GutterSlut is ready for its biggest celebration to date.
Join Ralf, Per (back from his adventures with Army of Lovers), Crystal, Nic and the Dalston Gay Mafia on Saturday 30th March at London’s East Bloc to celebrate GutterSlut’s 5th Birthday!
They welcome very special guests Electronic Youth, Jonny Woo, John Sizzle and Ma Butcher.
Electronic Youth
Electronic Youth are an exciting duo from London, made up of Rustem Rustem (Sexy Trash Digital) and Leisuregroove (Digital Disco). Their productions have been signed to Maquina Music and East Van Digital in Canada, receiving great support from giants such as Mark Knight, Roger Sanchez and Sander Kleinenberg.
On their solo projects, Leisuregroove has had Number 1‘s and Top 10‘s on the Beatport chart, as well as tracks being signed to Subliminal, Maquina, Farplane and 303 Lovers. While Rustem Rustem has kept his ear firmly on the underground with his successful events in London called Toast and his label Sexy Trash Digital. He’s been pulling huge crowds to hear his Techno trademark sound.
Together they decided to create a new sound and on a new alias, called Electronic Youth. There is a lot more to come from the duo in 2013, so keep your ears peeled.
