A food And Word Pairing


Adjectives are used to describe general and specific opinions of food. It may be the origin, nationality or ingredients that a dish is composed of that are described. The size, shape and texture are often explained through modifying nouns. Diner’s reviews and comments often use adjectives to convey how they experienced their food adventures. Trends and styles of cookery are based upon the very words themselves. Think of how food is described and sold… local, savory, whimsical, classic, drizzled, insipid, infused, moist, plump, saline and soothing.

This event will invite guests to submit their own adjective when they make a reservation for the event. The top 5 adjectives will be chosen and will form the inspiration for each course. Let’s get creative and experience a tasting menu like never before.Five courses for $40 dollars.
