Within 2 years, Gabe Gallucci, has mastered his very own twist to music production. As a professional percussionist and mixologist specializing in fusing his drumming with electronic music, Gabe Gallucci has begun to build a presence worth noticing.
Gabe Gallucci had the musical itch at an early age. His parents didn’t believe that drums should be classified as an instrument so when it came time to choose an instrument at school he was given a Trombone. With time, Gabe began to appreciate the brass training, but wanted his hands on drums. At age 14 he joined his high school drum line; and was quickly moved to Head Drum Captain.
After high school, Gabe made music his focus. Along with forming his currently touring band, The Midnite, he started accepting shows as a drummer at nightclubs across Toronto, Canada. Over the course of the next few years, Gabe Gallucci’s venue list included The Guvernment, Cobra, and Maison. He was also honored with being asked to open for Deadmau5.
In 2011, Gabe Gallucci realized that he wanted to focus on electronic music. Utilizing his rock songwriting & composing foundations, he hid himself away in his studio and started developing his sound.
In 2012, Gabe Gallucci signed to Provoke, and began working full time on music production. His first release, “Falcon” is a collaboration with label mate Jed Harper, and features remix support from Kim Fai, Northend, and Stranjah (scheduled for release June 2012).
