Emanuel Gibson
Rarely does an artist explode onto the music scene with the force and impact of a comet. But when it does happen as it did when 28-year-old singer-guitarist Emanuel Gibson delivered an incendiary debut performance of his song “Lover’s Lane” at Brooklyn’s 2010 Fort Greene Festival in 2010 — the result is magical. Funky, smooth, and stylish, Emanuel Gibson is a rocking soul man for a new generation.

Weaned on Keith Richards, Rory Gallagher, and Jimi Hendrix, Gibson fuses his deep blues-rock influence with a love of classic rock and old school soul and r&b. His voice weaves between a melodic lilt and a soulful bluesman with his guitar licks dancing and dodging between and behind the beat as if the depth of The Rolling Stones looms in his head by way of the British Invasion. The virtuosity Gibson displays, and the tone he rings from his heritage-cherry Gibson SG guitar, puts most modern rock shredders to shame.

Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, Gibson began playing guitar at age at a later age of 19. He performed small gigs throughout his early late teens and early twenties before popping up on the radar of several prominent promoters in the New York City and Los Angeles Area. Through connections made, Gibson was soon sitting in with and learning from an array of musical icons, including Doug Wimbish from Living Colour. Wimbish, and others in the NYC music community, mentored Gibson along his path, facilitating his steady rise on the NYC music scene. His peers have showered him with acclaim for his galvanizing live performances.

Gibson has released two self-produced albums, Lover’s Lane (an EP) and The Yellow Van (his first LP). Gibson’s creative versatility and love for not just rock, but also soul, blues, classic rock, and jam bands, has allowed him to transcend his own musical talents. It is his goal to collaborate with artists of all genre

Nick Stubblefield

Nick Stubblefield (born October 18, 1987 in New York City) is one of a growing number of independently produced musicians in America. He grew up in Asheville, North Carolina, where he was recognized in the local media as a musical prodigy on piano. He distinguished himself further as a particularly adept user of electronic keyboards, developing an "uncanny" ability to take advantage of certain keyboard sounds, particularly bass, vibes, and saxophone.

By the age of 13, Stubblefield was working as a pianist on weekends at the world class resort hotel and Spa, the Grove Park Inn. In 2003 Muleboot Studios (an Independent Music Producer) released his CD "Tried As An Adult." The album includes original and non-original compositions recorded with the electronic keyboard overdubbed in various instrument voices, effectively creating the impression of jazz bands in various combos.

In 2004 Stubblefield formed the jazz trio "Spitfire. In 2005, The International Jazz Festival Lapataia in Punta del Este, Uruguay, invited Stubblefield to perform in January 2006, with jazz saxophone prodigy Alex Han of Scottsdale, Arizona.Stubblefield has composed a number of jazz pieces for piano and jazz combo, including "Senioritis."
