Born and raised in New York. A by product of the undergound scene They got their inspiration for electronic music from the rising culture of the NYC rave scene. There, they began their DJ/Production career at the age of 15. They began building their name locally and developed their own style thru the experiences of the underground scene. Soon after Mardona & Drazpa was brought main stream at the age of 18.

With their knowledge of the music and understanding the science behind it, they gained the respect and trust of the elite nightclub aficionados and called to be an opener for some of the worlds top talent: Paul Oakenfold,Dave Seaman, Hernan Cattaneo and Marco V to name a few.

Today, with the ever so changing dance scene, they are more selective with their events that they take to showcase their talent.They prefer to be in the studio more than in the booth “In todays scene, you need to be careful what parties you decide to DJ. All it really takes is one gig to really hurt your image” “Your image in the dance scene is everything. It takes years to develop and seconds to destroy". Mardona & Drazpa have been very busy in the studio this past year. They are finishing up their first 12 track album which will be released on beatport by the end of the year and already working on their second album.
