The knock didn't stand out. It wasn't an extraordinary knock. It certainly didn't stand out, like one would think it would, given who was knocking. And like I would normally, I crossed the floor to the door - happy to great this unexpected guest. As I approached the door I could make out his silhouette against the window... a huge, cloaked figure, standing absolutely still...

As a DJ, producer, and radio host; Synba lives his craft every day . “Listening for 8 hours a day for the rest of my life I could only scratch the surface of the amazing musical content out there! I’ve always had eclectic taste; finding where the extremes resonate and where craziness becomes music is my favorite part.” Born on Vancouver Island he spent his early years involved in musical and theatrical projects. While in high school he was given the keys to a professional theatre and sound system. As his seat in the classroom was often found empty, he could be found in the theatre working with dancers, musicians, and visual artists alike. He now spends his days in search of the sounds that supplements your pulse.

MrMac aka MrMacHimself SeanyMac aka Sean MacMillan. Long time Party go'er to full-time Party Rocker. MrMac has been making a fair bit of NOISE in the Vancouver Island Club and Rave Scene since 2010. With headlining slots in cities up and down Vancouver Island and Lower Mainland...its not going to stop there. Drawing influence from many genre's of music, its sometimes a toss up as to what you will hear next when MrMac is in the MIX. Originating from the Smooth sounds of house, then working his way to Breaks, and everything wobbling in between, his style almost seems to Mash you up in the right way. Elevating his stature within the westcoast, MrMac is a name you are likely to see on line-ups for a long time. Getting the chance to play along side some of Vancouver Islands finest, Such as Mykee, Sk'ian, DJ Souls, DJ Keyes, Gumbootz, Ben Chemikal, James Dead, Soulfix and Chi-No just to name a few. Also Headlining nights at clubs such as The Bridge (Courtenay, BC) Spice Lounge (Nanaimo, BC) and HUSH Nightclub (Victoria, BC) who knows where it will go now. Overgrime! aka Morgan Prevost, born and raised in Sooke BC, has been performing and playing music since he was nine years old. He first discovered electronic music in the summer of 2008 while partying in his friends basement. He spent the next two years discovering the deadliest bass music genres. Morgan became OVERGRIME! in the summer of 2010 wen he started playing house partys. In the past two years he has mastered his technique behind the decks and also in the studio where he has writen and produced many unreleased Electro, Dubstep, Drumstep & Moombahcore tracks. If you are looking for a DJ/Producer to f**k your party up with some serious bass then Overgrime will not disappoint!
