Vancouver's loud and proud live rock & roll scene has dramatically changed over the past several years due to live venue changes, lack of arts funding and the rise of DJ music in the night club scene. Now it's time to take that back! 4 bands united though friendship and a love for Rock & Roll, have banded together to put on one of the most powerful rock shows in recent history. Together they want to raise awareness for the live music scene, to promote each others' craft, and rekindle the love for Rock in one of North America's best cities. The festival will feature several like-minded sponsors such as, Tattoo shops, music stores and many others who want to promote their brands and services.

Stars of Boulevard's making rock n roll music in the 21st century. Their minds are set on recording albums of awesome material and performing their music to rock n roll lovers all over the world for decades to come. So far they've seen much of North America together. Based out of the beautiful and dynamic city of Vancouver, on Canada's west-coast, they've toured with Buckcherry, Danko Jones, Electric Six and more, taking them as far east as Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. They've played shows with Deep Purple, Sebastian Bach, Sam Roberts Band, Papa Roach, Steal Panther, The Headstones and some of Vancouver's best underground bands including the Broadway Bullies, One Bad Son and Dead City Scandal. In 2010, Stars of Boulevard won "Fox Seeds", a long running battle of the bands held annually by Vancouver's 99.3 The Fox. The contest has had a great history of opening doors for bands and it certainly helped kickstart things for Stars of Boulevard. Currently they're in the middle of recording an album and can be heard live every Sunday night at Hooker's Green in Yaletown, Vancouver.
