Chris Garcia was born to a DJ father in Arles, southern France, from which stemmed his early passion for music and technique. Everything really began in 2000 when Chris Garcia created a group of DJ'S "S7 Diffusion" who played at most of the students parties from the region of Nimes and Montpellier. At one of these events, Chris was noticed and hired as a resident DJ for one of the most famous nightclubs in Avignon: The Red Zone. Thanks to his success at the Red Zone and to his very particular musical style, he was regularly invited as a guest DJ in Tunisia and Spain for events such as Nokia Fise and the like. Later, in 2002, in search of novelty and advancement, Chris Garcia along with DJ Getdown created a new concept of evenings entitled "Fight club." The principle was to mix in "battle" format throughout the evening. It was a great success with over fifty club events that year! Again noticed during one of his legendary sets, he was hired at Toto Loco Béziers to give a new face to this popular music club.
While continuing his travels across Europe, he signed a sponsorship contract with Cindez, becoming a sponsored demonstrator for the world renowned DJ equipment manufacturer: Gemini! From this landmark sponsorship stemmed Chris’s move to teaching at the UCPA DJ School. That same year, Chris Garcia obtained a new residency at Palma located in Cap d'Agde. There he met Fred Pellichero. Animated by the same love of electronic music, they released a first production: "Devil Expression ep". In 2004, Chris Garcia arrived in Las Vegas for what, at the time, was meant to be a two week vacation. Enthralled by the glitz and glamour of this vivacious city Chris had a revelation! Chris Garcia left Las Vegas and headed back to France with one thing in mind…to pack his things and head back to the USA in October 2004 for good. Once back and settled in Las Vegas Chris met Brian Lorenz and he proposed for Chris to take part in a collective group of Dj's known as "702dj.com." From this newly forged partnership came Chris Garcia’s new beginning as an elite French/American Dj playing private sets for Vegas’s upper crust. Chris Garcia’s style and technique did not go unnoticed long before has was offered his first “American Residency” at the world renowned Drai’S Afterhours on Las Vegas Blvd.
After his first year in Vegas, Chris is offered dates and Guest Dj spots in many major surrounding cities like Los Angeles, Phoenix and Chicago! It was in 2006 that Chris really takes his career to the next level by accepting two prestigious new residences in Las Vegas: Tryst and TAO, and one new residency in Mexico at the famous Nikki Beach. During this time Chris, alongside friend and music partner Faarsheed begin working on new productions to help further their careers. As a result Chris Garcia was chosen to play alongside some of the biggest Djs of all time including Erick Morillo, Roger Sanchez, Steve Angello, Carl Cox, Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold, Deep Dish, Kaskade, etc. In 2007, again in Las Vegas, Chris takes on additional residencies at Moon (Playboy club) and JET (Mirage). Along with friends and co-workers Faarsheed and Eddie McDonald, Chris starts what would later become Las Vegas’s premier industry house night dubbed "3400: Destination House" at Jet Nightclub (Mirage) on Monday nights.
