By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following:

-Participating patrons assume all liability for any persons consuming alcohol while on the Trolley.
-Excessive damage and excessively dirty trolley condition will be charged to the patron at a rate reasonable to rectify the damaged or unclean condition.
-My Drink On shall not be held responsible for any injuries incurred while on board the trolley throughout the duration of the rental.
-Patronwaives any and all claims against My Drink On in the respect of personal in-jury, damage, inconvenience, delay or any other matter arising from or incidental to a breakdown of or any accident involving the trolley.
-My Drink On will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, bad road conditions, inclement weather and other conditions beyond it’s control. If, in the opinion of My Drink On, conditions make it inadvisable to operate charter service from point of origin or at any point en route, My Drink On will not be liable therefore, or be caused to be held for damage for any reason whatsoever.
-My Drink On reserves the right to refuse to transport a person or persons under the influence of excessive alcohol, or whose conduct is such as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers or the safe operation of the vehicle.

Pre Register at Fado on Friday October 26 between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm for easy hop on and off for Saturday!
