The alternative-progressive trio, Trace, was formed in late 2008, and comprises of guitarist/vocalist Peter Tilton, bassist/keyboardist Sam Rice, and drummer Nate Vasquez. Based in Seattle, Washington, their sound has been compared to the likes of Muse, Kings of Leon, and Rush, yet is also reputable for upholding an original style that is "scarcely seen in this present day," and holds true to the indie "Seattle sound." With one released EP and plans for a forthcoming full-length album, the band presently tours top-name venues along the west coast US, and heavily in their hometown, Seattle. Over the past four years, Trace has been known heavily as a live band with a show and presence that proves their point.
