With the success of Thank You Vancouver 1, 2 and 3, we decided we should continue this series! Why stop something that makes so much sense to do and makes so many people happy?
The Vancouver Trance Family brings you Yet another Free Thank You show featuring some awesome local DJs! This show will be Free for those who receive a ticket. We’ll be giving them away to whoever wants them at upcoming events (find your local VTF promoter or favourite VTF DJ to get some!). This will be a great time for everyone involved and who attends! How can you say no to a Free show?
Your free ticket is good until 12am, after that it is good for half price cover.
Cover is $10 for those without a ticket.

Are you a BEDROOM DJ? Do you think you have what it takes to be an awesome club DJ and play LIVE for the Vancouver Trance Family? We know that many of you bedroom DJs are part of the Vancouver Trance Family and so we want to give you, you who hasn’t had the opportunity to play in a club before, a shot at that dream! Send your mixes to Uzair Hassan at uzery3k@gmail.com with the subject “I have a dream” and you will have a chance at opening for our talented VTF DJs to kick off this fantastic night! Mixes should be hand-mixed with DJ hardware, RECORDED LIVE, have a length of ONE HOUR and be under 130 BPM. Submit your mixes by August 3rd for your chance at this great opportunity!
Once the event organizers have filtered through the mixes, we’ll pick the best ones and post them on our Vancouver Trance Family Mixcloud page for people to vote on! The mixes with the top 3 highest votes will then be considered upon by the judges who will announce the winner of the opening slot on August 24th. The lucky winner will get to open for the Vancouver Trance Family at Red Room Ultra Bar from 10pm-11pm at #TYV4 on September 1st!

Born in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, a place where dreams are made and wishes come true. Raised in this part of the world where all cultures seem to collide, his infatuation with music began. At an early age he started collecting and cataloguing music of his tastes and was known to always be fused with his headphones, listening to something new, something different.
Uzair’s life changed, when he went to his first trance concert with the number 1 DJ of the world, Armin Van Buuren. The very experience of seeing this performance sparked in him a desire to do the same, and to be the best.
So in 2006 he started dedicating more time becoming a better DJ and with time well spent, he became a resident DJ for Dancenode , who are currently supported by Andy Moor, Gareth Emery, and many other great producers. With gained momentum he was able to start his own two hour monthly radio show “Carpe Sensus” on Sense.FM. Once Zero Disbelief had gained some exposure he had the opportunity to be a guest on many great radio shows hosted by the world’s finest. His sets were played on Party107, Sense Generate FM, Liquid FM, DI.FM, and After Hours FM.
With his flawless mixing skills and the flow achieved by mind/soul, his sets inspire and make his listeners melt away. He calls his style of mixing "atmosphere / theme style, which puts tracks together in a way where one gets uplifted by the feeling of constant rise.”
Moreover, with online radio combined with live events in the Vancouver club / rave scene, opening for big names such as Cosmic Gate, DJ Dean, Andy Whitby, Dark By Design, and many more, Uzair Hassan has truly honed his skills.
