Music has always been a part of Lady J's Life. In high school she was a highly talented musician, at one point taking part of the Santa Clara County Honor Band. It was in high school that she first discovered House Music, and she was instantly hooked. DJ Lady J first appeared in the House Music scene in 2002. She has quickly worked her way up to the level of a well-established Bay Area name. Her first residency was Ultrasounds Music, founded by long-time House Music Dj Jaime Gonzalez. From there, she also became part of Brainchild Entertainment, which was founded by Armann the Brainchild, and is most well known for their SF ORGY party. She is one of the founding residents of the Movement party, which was launched by Roger Moorehouse in 2004.
