Academy of Couture Art: Design College of Haute Couture offers unique design prep courses throughout the year covering topics from the basic French modern croquis, collection development, made-to-measure pattern making, and more all hands-on! Saturdays, February 5 - March 12, join Fleurs Dcoupes aka Flower Cutouts. From 10:30 am - 2:30 pm give your fashion expression a hand in accessorizing. From illustrating fashion accessories to the secret of haute couture hand-sewing, participants will have one-of-a-kind fashion illustrations that stand out from the crowd in art/design portfolios. Not only that, students gain their first experience in raising the level of garments with haute couture flair. Whether styling up your own garment for prom or lavishing up your handbag/accessory in the ultimate you look, style your 2011 couture. This year, Teen Couture Design Club design prep programs are recruiting for the next big star in fashion. You may be the next to have opportunity for the Fashion Show Prep program in designing and modeling on the runway. Tuition is priceless for such a camp that is serious about fashion art: $630.
