Come join us at The Edge Social Grill & Lounge on 1100 Granville for a luxurious experience this New Years Eve. With a full 3 course dinner, the international sensation Deep Mada, a midnight buffet, and of course a champagne toast at midnight.

Our dinner sitting times are 6:30pm or 8:30pm with a full 3-course menu that includes:

Appetizers

Grilled Brie- green apple, fennel & pine nut relish, olive oil crackers
OR

Tuna Carpaccio- watercress, sea salt & champagne vinegar chips
or
Creamy Parsnip soup- smoked ham, raclette cheese

Main Course

Pumpkin Risotto- grilled king oyster mushrooms, kale, brown butter

or

House made Fettuccine- Dungeness crab, scallops, fennel, cream, and chilies

or

Flat Iron Steak- grilled side striped shrimp, sweet potato hash, smoked paprika butter

Dessert

Warm Chocolate Bourbon cake- caramel, vanilla ice cream

or

Trifle- blood orange marmalade, mascarpone, crushed amoretti

After dinner our international sensation DeepMada will take over the night. DeepMada aka Canadian born Adam Fairhurst is a legendary deep house producer and DJ. Adam's strong and engaging silent personality commands attention behind the decks. He is a consistent, technically sound and technically soulful DJ who delivers power house performances. His deepMada parties are synonymous with quality and flare. Adams fans exude positivity and a willingness and eagerness to Let It All Go! His music enthusiasts that come wherever he plays are loyal to him because they know he consistently blows the roof off!

Adam Fairhurst is just getting started. He is an innovator with a deep knowledge and respect for the past. Adam continuously delivers energetic, intense, uplifting sets drawing the crowd in so deep that they leave his parties enlightened. He brilliantly fuses afro-centric, Techy, Deep  Soulful sounds while paying homage to his funky roots. Adam is one of the few djs that has bridged the gap between the Deep Soulful crowd and Harder Techno Enthusiasts.
