Everything about our FOUR Hamptons Homes, The Estate, The Manor, The Haven, & The South House, is so well thought out and includes so much that it just wouldn't be fair to call them Share Houses!

 

We charge less, offer more, and bring together the best people.  You will meet great people in the house and go to the best clubs, lounges and parties in the Hamptons because we set up an exciting social calendar every weekend. With each person creating their own schedules no two weekends are ever exactly the same!  The people you’ll meet are people that you will actually want to be friends with come Monday!

 

We have all the Amenities!  Guests at all of our houses are welcome to enjoy our new 20 ft x 50 ft? heated gunite pool; 8-person hot tub; poolside bar; full basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts;. Wi-Fi access; home office? equipment; fully equipped kitchens; BBQs and so much more!

 

We stock much more food, supplies, snacks and ?alcohol than anyone else! The freezers at all of our houses are fully stocked with food for the BBQ which you can cook up whenever you want.? Continental breakfast is served at The South House, The Haven, and The?Manor. At The Estate, breakfast and dinner are prepared by our chef. Guests from all houses typically enjoy dinner together at The Estate.
